Training summary: Training was done in Business Development and Sales Services as well as Planning and Assets Management Departments. The trainee has shown an interest in various activities and was keen to learn more and grasp instructions. He has also been trained in the following activities:

- Overview Business Development activities.
- Created good relationships with both senior and junior employees in the company.
- Site visits.
- How to analyze big data and create short and quick summaries in Microsoft Excel.
- Learned new techniques on Microsoft Excel.
- Learned how to transfer collected data from Google Sheet to Microsoft Excel – then entering them to the main files.
- Learned new vocabularies in English language.
- Trained on applications programs websites such as: GIS Web applications- Haya Maps, Google Sheet and Billing program (website).
- Overview of survey activities (Billing case, New connections, Web connection, Re-survey).
- One of the focal point team for Behavioural Economic Approah to Water Consumption projects for the company.
